Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Senior Customer Service & Logistics Export Specialist to manage the relationship between international customers and the Supply Chain across assigned regions. You will oversee the order-to-cash cycle from order placement to final payment, ensuring compliance and timely communication.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, strong documentation and logistics knowledge, SAP experience, and the ability to work across cultures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1 to 3 years of business experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact between Tyson Foods Supply Chain and external customers by geographic region, with responsibility for all aspects of the customer relationship, including order receipt and prompt resolution of issues that may arise throughout the order-to-cash cycle.
Strengthen Tyson Foods' relationships with international customers through effective communication regarding order status, product availability, substitute product options, and logistics processes.
Facilitate and support the delivery of required documentation, inspections, and letters of credit.
Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
