Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact between Supply Chain and external customers by region.
• Resolve issues throughout the order-to-cash cycle promptly.
• Strengthen relationships with international customers through clear updates on orders and logistics.
• Facilitate required documentation, inspections, and letters of credit.
• Utilize SAP to process orders and monitor compliance for assigned accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and software.
