Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work accurately with shipment data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and provide export documentation to customers in a timely manner.
• Review customer and country-specific documentation requirements and ensure export docs meet standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Export Market Supply, Logistics, Shipping, Operations and others to support processes.
• Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries related to export documentation.
• Maintain export documentation records to support audit readiness.
• Identify documentation gaps and escalate to support timely resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of export documentation accuracy and workflow.
