• Import/export experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare TTB 5100.11 forms for all in-bond bulk and case good export, and domestic shipments from the Fort Smith facility.
• Export proof of delivery to meet TTB deadlines and submit completion to Regulatory Compliance Manager by the 10th of each month.
• Monthly export TTB reconciliation.
• Provide documentation for drawback requirements related to in-bond shipments.
• Assist with managing and maintaining daily bottling production, processing, and material handling inventory records.
• Secure all backup documentation for TTB month-end reports.
• Assist in resolution of discrepancies with bottling, processing, and material handling department monthly records per TTB regulations.
• Support the Regulatory Compliance Manager and other team members by performing various tasks as needed.
• Assist in projects as needed.
