Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years exporting experience or equivalent education.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate export documentation to enable lawful, cost-effective shipments.
• Coordinate cargo pickup/transfer and monitor status.
• Communicate with export authorities, customers and suppliers to ensure compliant operations.
• Obtain spot rates when necessary and relay updates.
• Interact with overseas agents and clients for pre-alerts and status.
• Track shipments and update customers on progress.
• Create and maintain customer files and invoices.
