Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Export Coordinator for the Charlotte, NC area on an on-site 2nd shift. This role focuses on arranging import/export shipments, adhering to safety standards, and coordinating with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery.

The candidate will use Oracle ITS, R12, Excel, Kewill, and World Ship to support duties, process invoices, and maintain strong customer communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety regulations with attention to detail.
• Calculate freight, storage, duty and other charges using basic math.
• Arrange import shipments with carriers and overseas agents.
• Process final invoices accurately.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Learn all aspects of the team’s work and provide cover as needed.
• Lead problem solving initiatives when required.
• All other duties as requested.
