Shutterstock, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Head of Expansion to lead the team responsible for retaining and growing our Data Licensing relationships worldwide.

This leader will own the strategy for expanding revenue across a portfolio of large, complex enterprise customers, partnering across business units, geographies, and use cases. The role requires world-class enterprise sales leadership, executive sponsorship, and a proven track record of multi-year growth in data or tech

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise sales or strategic partnerships.
• 5+ years leading enterprise or strategic account teams.
• Proven ability to drive multi-year revenue growth.
• Experience with complex negotiations and large contract values.
• Experience in technology, cloud, AI, or data environments.

Responsabilités

• Own global strategy and revenue targets for retention, growth, and expansion.
• Lead and develop a global team for large enterprise accounts.
• Develop multi-year account strategies across geographies and use cases.
• Build expansion methodology: planning, forecasting, executive engagement.
• Establish executive sponsorship for strategic Data Licensing partnerships.
• Lead renewals and expansions with new datasets and licensing structures.
• Collaborate with New Business to transition acquired accounts.
• Partner with Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive revenue.
