Shutterstock is seeking a Senior Director, Global Head of Expansion in New York to lead the team driving retention and growth for Data Licensing customers worldwide. This role requires navigating complex enterprise relationships, identifying whitespace, and building multi-year expansion strategies across geographies and business units.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in enterprise sales and 5+ years in leadership, with a proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar annual growth

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• 5+ years of leadership and people-management experience, ideally leading enterprise or strategic account teams.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year revenue growth and expanding relationships beyond initial products or use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the global strategy and revenue targets for retention, growth, and expansion across Data Licensing customers.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team handling major enterprise accounts.
• Develop multi-year account strategies to identify whitespace and expand across business units and geographies.
• Build a repeatable expansion methodology including account planning, pipeline management, and executive engagement.
• Establish deep executive sponsor relationships across customer organizations for strategic partnerships.
• Lead renewals, expansions, negotiations, and multi-year agreements while identifying new datasets and licensing opportunities.
