Shutterstock, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Head of Expansion to drive retention and growth of Data Licensing relationships worldwide.

You will own the expansion strategy across large, complex enterprise customers, building executive relationships and turning initial connections into durable, multi-year partnerships. The role requires navigating global organizations, identifying whitespace, and leading a high-performing team to maximize long-term value for Shutterstock’s data

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in selling to large, complex global organizations.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise or strategic account teams.
• Strong negotiation and deal-structure skills.
• Ability to forecast, plan, and manage a multi-year expansion plan.

Aufgaben

• Own global strategy and revenue targets for retention, growth, and expansion across Data Licensing customers.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team handling strategic accounts.
• Develop multi-year strategies to identify whitespace and expand relationships across units, geographies, and use cases.
• Build repeatable expansion methodology with account planning, stakeholder mapping, pipeline management, forecasting, and executive engagement.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic partnerships and lead complex renewals and multi-year agreements.
