Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in an international conference and trade show management role.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary operational contact for exhibitors and sponsors for all ISTH congresses.
• Coordinate vendors/partners supporting exhibition and sponsorship fulfillment.
• Maintain exhibitor and sponsor records in CRM and provide performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISTH guidelines and industry codes.
• Deliver post-congress reporting on participation and ROI.
