Job summary

Association of Destination Management Executives International is seeking an Operations Manager to support program management and on-site execution of ETHOS services. You will work with Sales, Experience + Design, Operations, and Administration to deliver full-service DMC programs focused on client goals and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years total work experience with at least 1 year in operations within hospitality or event services.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed planning and coordination to execute programs.
• Book and coordinate transportation, staffing, vendors and contracted services.
• Manage timelines and ensure program files are accurate.
• Coordinate with Account Executive and Experience + Design teams; transition from sales to operations.
• Maintain program element documentation and communication prior to execution.
• Lead operational success with organization, accountability and execution.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor program profitability.
• Serve as primary on-site operations contact during program execution.
• Coordinate on-site logistics: transportation, staff, off-site events, dining, activities, decor, entertainment.
