• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience in international conference and trade show management in medical/scientific field.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device industry codes and vetting requirements.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and exhibition management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management and flawless execution of exhibition logistics and sponsorship fulfillment for ISTH congresses and programs.
• Develop and manage exhibition budgets, track costs, and forecast expenses.
• Oversee show floor planning to maximize exhibitor-delegate interaction and ROI/ROO.
• Prepare exhibitor kits, service documentation, and contract deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with ISTH guidelines, industry codes, and scientific independence.
• Coordinate with meetings, industry relations, marketing, and finance to deliver excellent partner experiences.
• Manage partner contracts, post-congress reporting, and communications with exhibitors and sponsors.
