Job summary

Pan Atlantic Foundation seeks an International Area Representative for its High School Exchange Program in Fresno, CA. This flexible, entry-level role connects international students with host families, supports program operations, and promotes cross-cultural understanding, with remote work options and a 1099 contract.

You will recruit host families, collaborate with local schools, and guide families through the application and orientation process while ensuring ongoing support for students

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to build trust with diverse families, schools, and students.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area.
• Build relationships with local schools to raise awareness of exchange opportunities.
• Promote awareness through community outreach and engagement activities.
• Guide host families through online application processes on the organization's site.
• Conduct in-home interviews and verify references.
