Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years as a professional meeting planner or closely related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with a Registration Management System.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client and stakeholder service across all levels.
• Apply organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and manage project plans, budgets, and event specifications.
• Manage speaker logistics, creating confirmations, briefs, and agendas.
• Lead invitation and registration management; ensure data accuracy and issue resolution.
• Adhere to procedures; manage contracts, invoices and approvals.
• Handle event budgets and final accounting.
• Lead all elements of event production: venue, catering, AV, collateral.
• Execute onsite event production and liaison with venues.
• Utilize Microsoft Office to support event operations.
• Plan and execute industry sponsorships with vendors and stakeholders.
