Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an Events Program Manager to lead sourcing and end-to-end execution for small and mid-size meetings, offsites, executive meetings, trainings, customer engagements, and internal events.

You will partner with Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, Workplace, Security, and stakeholders to deliver scalable programs that optimize cost and attendee experience. The ideal candidate blends operational excellence with strategic thinking and a passion for automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years managing corporate meetings and events.
• Experience negotiating venue, hotel, and supplier contracts.
• Experience managing group travel and complex meeting logistics.
• Strong project management and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with event software platforms like Cvent or Navan.
• Experience leveraging automation, AI, or workflow technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and end-to-end operational execution for small- and medium-sized meetings, offsites, executive meetings, trainings, customer engagements, and internal business events.
• Manage venue sourcing, contract negotiations, room blocks, group air, and ground transportation.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand event objectives and scalable solutions.
• Build and operationalize Snowflake’s global Meetings & Events strategy and governance.
• Develop and manage preferred supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
