Job summary

Snowflake seeks a highly organized Talent Management Program Manager to run global talent programs and the Performance Excellence cycle. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage Workday logistics, and deliver clear resources for employees and managers.

You will drive employee listening surveys, administer voice AI platforms, and maintain program documentation while ensuring data accuracy and timely communications across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• AI tools should be integrated into daily workflows and improve program efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the Performance Excellence cycle with on-time milestones.
• Coordinate Employee Listening & Pulse Surveys and manage distribution lists and results.
• Administer Voice AI 360 Platform and manage admin dashboard tasks.
• Interface with Procurement and Finance on SOWs, PO, budget, and invoicing for scaling.
• Assist in talent reviews and succession logistics, updating data templates.
• Maintain program documentation and provide user-friendly guides.
