Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an experienced Events Program Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and execution for small- to mid-sized meetings, offsites, and customer events. You will collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Workplace, and business stakeholders to define objectives and scalable, cost-effective event solutions.

The role emphasizes building a global Meetings & Events strategy, optimizing supplier partnerships, implementing technology, and delivering exceptional attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Event Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing corporate meetings and events, strategic sourcing, travel management, hospitality, procurement, or related field.
• Experience negotiating venue, hotel, and supplier contracts.
• Experience managing group travel and complex meeting logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and end-to-end operational execution for meetings, offsites, executive meetings, trainings, customer engagements, and internal events.
• Manage venue sourcing, contract negotiations, room blocks, group air, and ground transportation.
• Partner with stakeholders to define event objectives and scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and manage Snowflake's global Meetings & Events strategy, governance, and planning standards.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor spend, supplier performance, and attendee experience.
