Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a seasoned Events Program Manager to own the sourcing and operational execution of internal and external events. You will partner with Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Workplace, and business stakeholders to scale Snowflake’s meetings program.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, scalable playbooks, and the use of technology to improve attendee experiences and cost savings. Prior experience with meetings and travel platforms is preferred, with a focus on global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Event Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing corporate meetings and events, strategic sourcing, travel management, hospitality, procurement, or related.
• Experience negotiating venue, hotel, and supplier contracts.
• Experience managing group travel and complex meeting logistics.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with meetings, travel, or event technology platforms (Cvent, Groupize, HRS, Navan) is preferred.
• Experience leveraging automation or AI to improve business processes is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CMP or CMM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and end-to-end operational execution for meetings, offsites, executive meetings, trainings, and events.
• Manage venue sourcing, contracts, room blocks, group air, and transportation.
• Partner with stakeholders to align event objectives with scalable, cost-efficient solutions.
• Build and govern Snowflake’s global Meetings & Events strategy and service models.
• Develop supplier relationships and drive cost savings through RFPs and negotiations.
• Coordinate attendee air travel with Global Travel team for a seamless experience.
• Implement, optimize, and administer meetings technology and AI-enabled workflows.
