Job summary

Natera is seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to support the events team in managing timelines, tasks, budgeting, and process improvements. You will help with vendor communications, materials, and logistics across conferences and regional events.

The role requires 3–5+ years in marketing operations or event planning and a bachelor's degree. You will collaborate with multiple teams and participate in our Total Rewards program and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, event planning, or communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with project/event management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage global conference calendars and updates and support the Event Leads on all logistics and support communications.
• Manage Event share drive to organize information for stakeholders.
• Assist with materials orders and shipping for conferences.
• Track Event Campaigns in Wrike to ensure projects stay on track.
• Manage list processing and reporting for Tier 1 and Tier 2 events.
