Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in training or compliance within healthcare, with a Bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills. Travel and collaboration with global stakeholders are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior training and/or compliance experience preferred in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree required, in training, legal compliance, or related field.
• Strong communication and project management skills; able to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Abbott’s global compliance training strategy and LMS deployments.
• Design, develop, review, and evaluate training courses, including e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with leadership, SMEs and stakeholders across OEC, legal, and Abbott’s businesses to identify training needs and content gaps.
• Deliver training sessions; travel as needed; partner with external instructional designers.
