Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Manager, Ethics and Compliance to lead worldwide compliance training strategies and the implementation of training courses through the LERN system. You will collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and legal teams across Abbott’s global businesses to identify training needs and deliver effective learning solutions.

The role requires strong project management, effective communication, and the ability to travel as needed to support global training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in training, legal compliance, or related field.
• Experience in training and/or compliance in healthcare preferred (5+ years).
• Strong project management and ability to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, review, and evaluate training courses, including e-learning.
• Deliver training and manage sessions as needed.
• Support implementation of courses via enterprise LMS (LERN).
• Collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across OEC, legal, and Abbott’s businesses to identify global training needs.
• Travel as needed and partner with third-party instructional designers.
