Servier, a Boston-based biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Associate Director of US Compliance Training to advance a robust ethics and compliance training strategy. This role partners with Ethics & Compliance and business stakeholders to ensure employees understand expectations and make ethical decisions daily.

The position reports to the Head of US Ethics & Compliance and focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across functions, with a strong emphasis on risk-based,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of work experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical healthcare compliance training.
• Experience with learning management systems, training assignment and completion tracking, reporting, and training effectiveness measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the US Ethics & Compliance annual training plan.
• Design sophisticated, targeted, interactive, and engaging training solutions for key audiences.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, R&D, HR, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and content.
• Design, develop, and deliver live, virtual, and online training materials on healthcare compliance topics and company policies.
• Manage training assignment, tracking, completion, and reporting processes with HR and IT.
• Develop methods to evaluate training effectiveness and report insights to leadership.
