Qualifications

• Prior experience with training and/or compliance preferred.
• Health care industry experience recommended.
• Strong project management and ability to collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Abbott’s worldwide compliance training strategy and global implementation.
• Design, develop, review, and evaluate training courses, including e-learning.
• Collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across OEC, legal and Abbott’s businesses to identify global training needs and content enhancements.
• Deliver training as needed and travel as required.
• Partner with third party instructional designers to develop learning assets.
• Support LMS implementation and course deployment across the enterprise.
• Research trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
