Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• One or more certifications may be required: CHC, CHPC, CHRC, or CHC-F.
• Master's degree, JD, or advanced certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Ethics & Compliance staff and oversee multiple complex projects.
• Develop, revise, and enforce compliance policies and Code of Conduct.
• Deliver training and education on compliance program elements.
