Job summary

Feed the Children seeks a Global Compliance & Ethics Director to lead the design and implementation of a unified global compliance program across the organization. You will partner with leadership to translate policies into practice and ensure alignment with U.S. and international standards.

The role emphasizes cross-border regulatory oversight, risk reporting to executives and the Board, and building a strong ethics program that supports the mission and maintains high integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, public administration, or related field required; Master’s degree/JD/CCEP preferred.
• 7+ years in compliance, legal, or risk mgmt; NGO experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US/international regulatory and donor compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide compliance policy development, controls, and standards across global operations.
• Develop, review, and roll out Code of Conduct globally; translate and embed policies in culture.
• Oversee governance structures, ethics hotlines, ERA tools, and risk reporting.
