Responsibilities

• Lead Bloom Energy's global ethics and compliance program with strategic direction
• Conduct risk assessments across anti‑corruption, trade controls, data privacy, AI, and supplier risk
• Oversee investigations and manage remediation actions with Legal and HR
• Develop and maintain global policies, standards, and codes of conduct
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to embed compliance into business processes
• Establish metrics and reporting to the Board on program performance
