Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Ethics & Compliance leader to serve as the primary contact for Global Government Affairs and Import/Export/Trade Compliance. You will support the COI Disclosure program and guide policy, training, and investigations across the organization.

Role involves cross-functional collaboration with legal, regulatory, medical, and finance teams, along with leading risk assessments and monitoring external trends in a dynamic, remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Ethics and Compliance, including government/lobbying or trade compliance
• Bachelor's Degree required; JD preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Manage COI program operations, policy updates, training and investigations
• Ensure system integrity across compliance programs
• Lead global SME activities in ethics and compliance
• Support export controls and lobbying law compliance
• Collaborate with legal, regulatory, medical and finance teams
• Lead risk assessments and monitor external trends
