Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. seeks an experienced attorney to support its corporate ethics and compliance program across global technology operations, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer.

The role covers program structuring, regulatory monitoring, anti-financial crime work, acquisitions diligence, and incident investigation and response. You will coordinate with the Ethics and Compliance Team, manage regulatory changes, advise Risk Management, maintain the Code of Ethics, and support enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school and admission to practice law in at least one US state or DC.
• Experience across compliance program structuring, technology regulation, sanctions/export control, anti‑corruption, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Ethics and Compliance Team and other functions to improve Nasdaq's compliance programs.
• Manage regulatory change processes for global tech and information services lines.
• Advise Risk Management and lead legal support for enterprise initiatives.
• Maintain Nasdaq's Code of Ethics and support policy training and updates.
• Partner with the CCO to manage location-based Ethics and Compliance initiatives.
