JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an ESG Reporting & Controller Associate to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of sustainability reporting. The role focuses on carbon intensity metrics, ESFR, and process automation with strong collaboration across lines of business and corporate functions.

The candidate will contribute to data-intensive reporting, apply control-minded improvements, and support finance-related climate disclosures with rigorous consistency and clarity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of emission reporting and wholesale banking products.
• Excellent desktop/spreadsheet/database skills.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and Databricks.
• Able to build and maintain partnerships across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to understand complex reporting and large data sets across the infrastructure and their interrelationships.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement, initiative and prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a constantly changing environment.
• Able to critically challenge with the goal of identifying control issues.

Responsabilidades

• Execute reporting and analytics of sector-specific portfolio carbon intensity based on JPMorganChase Carbon Compass Methodology.
• Supports production of the Energy Supply Financing Ratio (ESFR).
• Contribute requirements to enhance and automate existing processes with a control mindset with product delivery teams and technology.
