Job summary

McCormick is seeking a Global Sustainability Director, Operations & Value Chain Resilience to lead the enterprise strategy for resilient operations and value chains, ensuring risk mitigation and sustainable performance.

The role partners with HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Commercial teams, reports to the Chief Sustainability Officer, and drives cross‑functional alignment, governance, and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Social Science, or relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise initiatives across global organizations with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise strategy for operations and value chain resilience.
• Own and evolve enterprise resilience framework with HRDD and social risk focus.
• Ensure alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify value creation opportunities including supply security, cost resilience, risk mitigation.
• Lead enterprise resilience and cross-functional delivery including HRDD.
• Establish governance to track delivery and accountability.
• Partner with Climate Strategy to align environmental and social risk mitigation.
