Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems seeks a Staff Business Process Leader to drive Global Supply Chain and QM&I S/4HANA ERP modernization. You will design a global process template and translate SME needs into SAP solutions across the enterprise.

Key duties include leading ERP changes, UAT, end-user training, data cleansing, cutover activities, and SOX deliverables. You will support acquisitions and restructurings, with travel up to 25% and optional remote work.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Manufacturing Engineering processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and S/4HANA.
• Experience with BOMs, routings, shop floor routing and production models.
• Proven change management and ERP upgrade skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough ERP testing and documentation.
• Knowledge of systems architecture and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive global process templates.
• Lead ERP changes and rollouts across P&L and business view.
• Engage SMEs and translate needs into high-impact SAP solutions.
• Train site leads on processes, SAP transactions, and go-live activities.
• Manage UAT, readiness, and end-user training.
• Oversee master data cleansing and cutover mapping.
• Manage SOX deliverables and compliance.
• Coordinate ERP changes from acquisitions or restructurings.
