Northrop Grumman is seeking a Global ERP Solutions Manager 2 - Supply Chain to lead architecture and operations for SAP S/4HANA across a global program portfolio. You will mentor Level 3 analysts, define integration patterns, and drive digital transformation with AI/ML in the ERP space.

Successful candidates bring 8+ years in SAP-based ERP, strong architecture skills, and a record of delivering reliable, scalable enterprise solutions in a multinational environment. Some travel is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with extensive ERP/SAP experience.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA / ECC implementations and upgrades.
• Proven ability to manage global ERP support teams and drive architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4 and Supply Chain solution architecture and roadmap.
• Lead Level 3 ERP operations and ensure high-quality production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable tech solutions.
• Drive AI/ML capabilities and data pipelines within ERP/Supply Chain.
