Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Global ERP Solutions Manager 2 - Supply Chain to lead a Level 3 ERP team and drive SAP S/4HANA initiatives enterprise‑wide. You will own the solution architecture, ensure reliable production support, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business units, supplier management, and IT partners, with a focus on continuous transformation including AI/ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline and 8 years relevant experience; OR Master’s with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Significant hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA applications supporting core business processes (Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations).
• 5+ years of experience in at least one: solution/enterprise architecture for SAP S/4, or leadership of Level 3 ERP support teams in a multi‑business environment.
• Experience designing or supporting SAP integrations (APIs, middleware, BTP, Ariba).
• Demonstrated project/program management, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and roadmap for SAP S/4 and Global Supply Chain capabilities.
• Manage Level 3 ERP support teams delivering high-quality production support.
• Translate business strategy into scalable ERP solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate AI/ML tools and data pipelines to enable compliant ERP/AI workloads.
