Molex is seeking a Senior Product Design Engineering Manager to lead the global Product Design Engineering organization for Enterprise CSBU's high-speed connector and interconnect platforms. You will shape architecture, oversee design validation, drive DFM/DFA/DFR, and nurture talent across NA and Asia to deliver scalable, manufacturable solutions for AI, cloud, and data center markets.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years in product development.
• 10+ years leading global engineering teams.
• Experience with electro-mechanical product design and high-speed interconnects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a global team of Product Design Engineers supporting Enterprise CSBU products.
• Establish technical direction, engineering standards, and best practices for product design.
• Build organizational capability through talent acquisition, mentoring, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Create a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive engineering resource planning and portfolio prioritization.
• Own design engineering execution across connector and cable product families.
• Ensure designs meet customer, performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
• Drive concept generation, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design validation.
• Champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Reliability (DFR) methodologies.
• Partner with Advanced Development on technology incubation and transition to product platforms.
• Support strategic customer engagements with hyperscalers, networking OEMs, AI infrastructure providers, and semiconductor companies.
