Job summary

Circle K seeks a senior risk leader to oversee the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of the company’s global insurance programs, including property, casualty, cyber, and executive risk. The role drives renewal strategies, underwriting submissions, and data-driven risk insights to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in corporate insurance or ERM, with strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and a track record of managing complex international programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in corporate insurance, ERM, brokerage, underwriting, or risk financing.
• Leadership experience across cross-functional or multinational programs.
• Experience with renewals and working with brokers, underwriters, carriers, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of major commercial coverages, policy administration, and executive risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and continuous improvement of global insurance programs across multiple lines.
• Develop renewal strategies, manage underwriting submissions, data collection, and insurer presentations.
• Oversee broker, carrier, consultant, and actuarial relationships; optimize program structure and risk financing.
