Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. seeks a senior risk and insurance leader to manage global property, casualty, cyber, and other programs. You will drive renewals, underwriting, and risk financing while partnering with brokers, carriers, and executives to strengthen enterprise resilience.

You will develop an enterprise risk management framework, dashboards, and governance standards, overseeing cross-functional risk initiatives and acquisitions. Travel to key locations is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in risk management, insurance, finance, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate insurance, enterprise risk management, brokerage, underwriting, risk financing, or related field.
• Experience leading renewals and working with brokers, underwriters, carriers, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic, financial, analytical, project-management, communication, and stakeholder-influence capabilities.
• Preferred qualifications include ARM, CRM, CPCU, RIMS-CRMP, CIC, MBA, or comparable designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, administration, and improvement of global insurance programs (property, casualty, automobile, workers comp, cyber, etc.).
• Develop renewal and market strategies; lead underwriting submissions, data collection, insurer presentations, negotiations, and stewardship.
• Manage broker, carrier, consultant, and actuarial relationships; optimize program structure and risk financing options.
• Develop enterprise risk management framework, governance standards, and risk reporting dashboards for leadership.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, market entries, and other strategic initiatives; oversee certificates and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Legal, HSE, and regional leaders.
