Amazon is seeking a Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager for the Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience (WESE) Global Ergonomics Risk Programs team to lead high-visibility musculoskeletal disorder risk-reduction initiatives and global job-rotation programs.

You will apply scientific techniques and standardized assessments to drive innovative ergonomic solutions, partner with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Legal, and Procurement, and own end-to-end delivery of MSD risk

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
5+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation.

Responsibilities

Lead high-visibility MSD risk-reduction programs globally.
Own job rotations and partnerships across business units.
Collaborate with senior leaders in Operations, Finance, Legal and Procurement.
Apply ergonomic tools and standardized assessments to drive solutions.
