Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Bachelor's degree in ergonomics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering or related fields with emphasis on ergonomics/biomechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive MSD risk reduction programs across multiple business units.
• Lead global ergonomics partnerships and job rotations; travel up to 50%.
• Apply ergonomic tools to assess risks pre- and post-intervention and track metrics.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across WHS, Operations, and Procurement to ensure program success.
