Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager to lead global ergonomics risk programs and job rotation initiatives. You will drive high-visibility MSD risk reduction projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and expand partnerships across multiple BUs.

You will manage job rotations, partnerships, and interventions, applying Lean and ergonomic methods to optimize performance and safety worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree in ergonomics or related engineering field with emphasis on ergonomics/biomechanics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver results on complex projects across multiple organizations.
• Map business requirements and analyze workflows.
• Use ergonomic tools to assess and quantify risk pre- and post-intervention.
• Develop or implement research protocols and analyses.
• Teach and facilitate training to operations and support teams.
• Analyze metrics to draw key business insights.
• Travel up to 50% to support global programs.
• Oversee MSD risk reduction projects with cross-functional partners.
