Amazon is seeking a Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager to drive high-visibility MSD risk-reduction initiatives across global business units. You will lead global job rotations, establish partnerships, and deliver scalable ergonomic programs in collaboration with WHS, Operations, and Finance.
You will use data-driven methods, apply standardized assessments, and work with senior leaders to achieve risk-reduction goals while traveling up to half of the year to support field implementation.

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager for our field ergonomics team which support our businesses across the globe. We are looking for a motivated, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager for the Global Job Rotations Expansion Strategy and Global Ergonomics Partnerships. In this role you will provide technical expertise by applying a variety of scientific techniques, standardized assessments and problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions for musculoskeletal disorders and optimize performance.
The Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager will be part of the global ergonomics team to foster a global ergonomics partnership and support job rotations for associates across the globe. This Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager will be accountable for multiple VP and Director goals, and will need to work closely with senior leaders in the WHS as well as key partner organizations (e.g., Operations, ACES, AFT, Finance, Legal and Procurement) to ensure success. The Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager will own job rotations, partnership programs and mechanisms used by operations teams. The Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager will help own and launch Job Rotations for safety in multiple BUs across the globe. The Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager also will support in establishing partnerships and work closely with senior leaders to manage MSD risk reduction projects and programs.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
