Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager for the Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience (WESE) Global Ergonomics Risk Programs team. You will apply scientific techniques and standardized assessments to drive musculoskeletal disorder risk reduction and optimize performance across the globe.

You will own end-to-end programs, manage complex projects, map requirements, and lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Bachelor's degree in ergonomics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields with emphasis on ergonomics/biomechanics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage MSD risk reduction programs across multiple sites.
• Map business requirements and analyze workflows to drive improvements.
• Apply ergonomic tools and methods to assess and quantify risk pre- and post-intervention.
• Develop research protocols and facilitate training for teams.
• Analyze metrics to derive key business insights and drive adoption.
