Job summary

Faire is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity to own and evolve the company’s global equity programs across plan design, administration, accounting, compliance, and employee experience. You will serve as the senior owner of equity operations, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People to ensure scalable, audit-ready processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and systems skills required.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functionally without authority.
• Deep expertise in global equity programs, including legal, tax and payroll considerations across jurisdictions.
• CEP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Faire’s global equity programs end-to-end across plan design, administration, accounting, compliance, and employee experience.
• Lead equity operations with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People to build scalable, audit-ready processes.
• Oversee equity lifecycle: grants, vesting, exercises, releases, pool management, and G/L reconciliations.
• Design, implement and optimize equity systems and workflows, including Shareworks integrations with payroll and HRIS.
