Job summary

Gong seeks a highly experienced Senior Manager, Equity Administration to lead Gong’s global equity programs through a critical growth phase, including IPO readiness and execution.

This role owns end-to-end equity administration, ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational excellence across all employee equity plans. Partnering with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll, and external advisors, you will shape equity strategies aligned with public company standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in equity administration, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting IPO readiness and/or public company equity administration.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation accounting (ASC 718) and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global equity administration including stock options and RSUs.
• Oversee equity systems and processes, ensuring scalability and SOX readiness.
• Support IPO readiness, including S-1 preparations and disclosures.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll and external advisors.
• Ensure accurate tax withholding and global compliance in partnership with Payroll/Finance.
• Manage cap table and equity grant strategies; mentor team members.
