Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in equity administration, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience supporting a company through IPO readiness.
• Deep knowledge of equity compensation accounting and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global equity administration function, including stock options and RSUs.
• Drive IPO readiness for equity processes and compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal on equity plan design and approvals.
