Gunvor Group in Houston is seeking a Share Plan Specialist to join our global Reward team. You will administer and govern employee share plans across regions, serving as the Americas SME and coordinating with HR, Payroll, Tax, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance and accurate equity transactions.

Key responsibilities include governance design, benchmarking, financial/tax impact analysis, and communicating complex equity concepts to stakeholders. Global exposure and regulatory insight offered.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in share plans or long-term incentive programs.
• Strong knowledge of tax, payroll, legal and regulatory considerations in the Americas.
• Proven governance, analytics and reporting skills.
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer global employee share plans with accurate, compliant operations.
• Act as Americas SME on local market practices and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with external providers and internal teams worldwide.
• Manage equity transactions, data validation, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop communications and training related to share plans.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes.
