Centalion seeks an Equity & Reward Analyst to drive the administration, governance and evolution of our employee share plans worldwide. You will be the Americas SME on local tax, payroll, legal and regulatory considerations, ensuring compliance across regions.

Working with the Share Plans Manager, you will manage equity transactions, data quality, reporting, and controls, and collaborate with HR, Tax, Finance and Legal to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in finance/accounting, MBA or similar is preferred.
• 5–8 years’ experience in a similar role within trading/commodities or Big Four.
• Experience administering share plans and/or long-term incentive programs.
• Strong understanding of share plan administration, governance and compliance.
• Knowledge of tax, payroll, legal, and regulatory landscape across the Americas.

• Support the end-to-end administration of global employee share plans with accurate, compliant operations across regions.
• Serve as the Americas Subject Matter Expert on taxation, payroll, and regulatory considerations.
• Partner with external providers, HR, Tax, Finance and Legal to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Manage equity transactions, data validation, reconciliations, reporting and controls.
• Respond to employee queries related to equity plans, vesting events, taxation, and transactions.
• Support communications, training and employee education related to share plans.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency across the global equity framework.
• Provide regional expertise while supporting overall administration of global share plan programs.
• Act with Share Plans Manager to expand knowledge across jurisdictions.
