Job summary

Genpact, a global leader in AI-driven technology services, is seeking a Global Equity Plan Administrator to lead end-to-end equity plan administration. The role supports PSUs, RSUs, ESPP, SEC filings, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll.

The successful candidate will manage a direct report, maintain SOX controls, and drive process improvements while coordinating with external service providers. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• CEP designation required.
• 8+ years of US public company equity admin experience.
• Hands-on SEC Section 16 reporting and NYSE compliance.
• Experience with E*TRADE and Equity Edge Online.
• Strong US federal/state equity taxation knowledge.
• Ability to manage a global equity administration function independently.
• Advanced Excel and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME and functional lead for all equity plan administration globally.
• Mentor the Senior Manager, Equity Compensation.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of Genpact’s global equity plans (PSUs, RSUs, stock options).
• Manage Equity Edge Online (E*TRADE) to ensure timely equity plan transactions and data integrity.
• Lead ESPP enrollment, purchase period management, and participant communications.
• Partner with Finance for ASC 718 stock-based compensation reporting.
• Own and maintain SOX controls related to equity administration.
• Prepare and review SEC Form 3/4 insider filings and 10b5-1 planning.
• Coordinate trading window and blackout periods with Legal.
• Oversee global equity reporting and tax compliance; multi-state considerations.
