Job summary

Ramp is seeking an experienced Equity Operations leader to oversee the company’s global equity programs and ensure operational excellence, compliance, and scalability. This role partners with Legal, People, and external vendors to manage all equity lifecycle aspects from issuance and reporting to governance and employee education.

You’ll serve as the subject-matter expert on stock administration, owning processes that support our equity platform, financial reporting, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years progressive equity administration experience.
• Managerial or lead experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge for equity compensation.
• Solid understanding of US tax laws related to equity.

Responsibilities

• Own daily administration of equity plans (options, RSUs, exercises, repurchases, cancellations).
• Collaborate with People Ops for onboarding/offboarding and equity communications.
• Maintain accuracy of data in the equity management system (Shareworks).
• Assist accounting with valuation of awards in Shareworks and other complex transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel on equity matters.
• Educate employees about equity to improve understanding and engagement.
