Job summary

Peloton is seeking a Manager of Equity Administration and Executive Compensation to lead global equity programs and partner with Legal, Finance, and HR. The role emphasizes international equity administration, process improvements, and leadership of the compensation team.

You will manage RSUs/PSUs/stock options, maintain documentation, and support executive compensation disclosures while collaborating with Morgan Stanley and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in equity administration in a global public company or stock plan provider
• Experience supporting Compensation Committee materials and executive analyses
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation, tax, and accounting implications
• Familiarity with Morgan Stanley Shareworks and global equity compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, stock options)
• Manage the full lifecycle of equity transactions with precision
• Serve as liaison between Compensation, Payroll, Finance, HR, Legal and external partners
• Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, tax, international, and accounting requirements
• Assist with executive compensation disclosures and board materials
