Job summary

Blackstone seeks a detail-focused equity compensation analyst to join the Global Equity Team in New York. You will value and execute new hire awards, perform analyses of holdings, and assist with daily equity plan operations.

You will generate regular reports and support cross-functional initiatives with payroll, tax and FP&A. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years of experience, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Value and execute new hire equity compensation awards with the Global Compensation Team.
• Perform ad hoc analyses of equity holdings and distributions.
• Support daily operations of equity plan administration.
• Generate monthly and quarterly equity participant and management reports.
• Contribute to technology, reporting, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Tax on equity deliveries and forecasting.
